Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on LinkedIn Article Poster (LAP), operated by Mindcraft Edtech Services OPC Pvt. Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

1. General Policy — No Refunds

LAP is a digital software service. Upon successful payment, a license key is generated and delivered to your email immediately. Because access to the service begins at the point of license key issuance, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, partial usage, or unused subscription periods.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Exception — Payment Captured but License Key Not Delivered

We will issue a full refund in the following specific circumstance only:

• Your payment was successfully captured by Razorpay (you received a payment confirmation), AND
• You did not receive a license key email within 24 hours of payment, AND
• The license key has not been used to create an account on LAP.

To claim this exception, email us at support@mindcraftedtech.in within 48 hours of payment with your payment ID (available in your Razorpay payment confirmation email).

3. No Refund for the Following

• Change of mind after the license key is issued.
• Inability to use the service due to third-party issues (LinkedIn API changes, Anthropic API issues, etc.).
• Forgetting to use the service during the subscription period.
• Purchasing the wrong plan.
• Account suspension due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
• Anthropic API costs — these are billed directly by Anthropic and are outside our control.

4. Trial Plan

The 3-Day Trial (₹299) provides full access to all features for 3 calendar days. This is a paid trial — not a free trial — and is subject to the same no-refund policy as the Solo Plan. We encourage you to evaluate the service during the trial period before upgrading to a monthly subscription.

5. Upgrading from Trial to Solo

If you purchase a Solo Plan after your trial expires, the ₹299 trial fee is not deducted from or credited toward the Solo Plan amount. The Solo Plan is a separate purchase at ₹1,000.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account. We encourage you to reach out to us at support@mindcraftedtech.in to resolve any payment concerns before escalating to your bank.

7. How to Contact Us

For any payment-related queries or to claim the exception under Section 2, please email us with:

• Your registered email address.
• Your Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID.
• A brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
