Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LinkedIn Article Poster (LAP), a software-as-a-service product operated by Mindcraft Edtech Services OPC Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in India with GSTIN 07AASCM2467L1ZS.

By registering an account, making a payment, or using any part of LAP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

LinkedIn Article Poster (LAP) is a cloud-hosted web application that enables users to plan, draft, format, schedule, and automatically publish content to LinkedIn. The service includes:

• AI-assisted post generation using the Anthropic API (via your own API key).
• Content calendar management via Excel import.
• LinkedIn post formatting and auto-publishing via LinkedIn OAuth.
• A review and approval workflow for drafted posts.

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis and is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use LAP. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access LAP, you must:

• Purchase a valid subscription plan and receive a license key.
• Register an account using a valid email address and the license key.
• Set a secure password of at least 8 characters.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@mindcraftedtech.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans and License Keys

Access to LAP is granted via a time-limited license key issued upon payment. The following plans are available:

• 3-Day Trial: ₹299 one-time. Full access for 3 calendar days from the date of registration.
• Solo Plan: ₹1,000 per month. Full access for 30 calendar days from the date of registration.

License keys are:

• Non-transferable and tied to the email address used at the time of purchase.
• Valid for a single user account only.
• Delivered by email immediately after successful payment verification.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must purchase a new plan before your current subscription expires to maintain uninterrupted access. Your data is retained even after expiry.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LAP only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to publish spam, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content on LinkedIn.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of LAP.
• Share your license key or account credentials with any other person.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the LAP interface outside of its intended functions.
• Interfere with or disrupt the servers, networks, or infrastructure associated with LAP.
• Use the service to violate LinkedIn's User Agreement or community guidelines.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

7. Third-Party Services and Your API Keys

LAP integrates with third-party APIs, including LinkedIn and Anthropic. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining a valid Anthropic API key and any associated costs charged by Anthropic.
• Creating and maintaining your LinkedIn Developer App credentials.
• Complying with LinkedIn's terms regarding automated publishing.

We are not liable for any disruption in service caused by changes, rate limits, or policy updates made by LinkedIn, Anthropic, or any other third-party service.

8. Intellectual Property

LAP and all its components, including software, design, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Mindcraft Edtech Services OPC Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Content you create using LAP (post drafts, writing styles, templates) remains your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LAP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Posts will be published at the exact scheduled time (subject to server uptime and LinkedIn API availability).
• AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mindcraft Edtech Services OPC Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of your use of LAP.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LAP at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license key becomes void. Data retention upon termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the service at any time. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of LAP after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of LAP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
